General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders you place via the online shop at alpenwarm.de. The contracting party is:

Our offer is directed at consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
We do not recognize deviating terms from you unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation for you to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
A purchase contract is concluded as soon as we expressly declare acceptance of the order or ship the goods to you. Whichever occurs first is decisive.
Before submitting your order, you can review and change your entries at any time using the correction functions in the ordering process. We save the contract text; we will send you the order data by email.
The contract is concluded in German.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices and include statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are added and are shown separately in the shopping cart and before you submit your order. You can find the current shipping costs on the Shipping and Delivery page.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply, which you will bear.
For strike-through prices, the crossed-out price refers to our previously demanded price in the shop.
§ 4 Payment
The payment methods offered in the ordering process are available to you. Currently, we accept, among others, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Which payment methods are available in individual cases can be seen at the end of the order process.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
We use payment service providers for processing. Their own terms and privacy notices apply in addition. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address you specify. Delivery times and shipping areas can be found on the Shipping and Delivery page.
If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we will refund any payments already made without delay.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The complete withdrawal policy and the sample withdrawal form can be found on the Right of Withdrawal page.
You bear the costs of returning the goods.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. The limitation period for claims due to defects for new goods is two years from delivery of the goods.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, which are based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by us or our vicarious agents, as well as for damages covered by product liability law. Likewise, we are liable without limitation for damages based on intent or gross negligence or based on the absence of a quality guaranteed by us.
In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you regularly rely.
In all other respects, our liability is excluded.
§ 10 Notes on the Use of Heated Products
Our heated products are operated exclusively via USB with 5V and 2A. Higher voltages or currents can damage the heating elements. Please observe the safety and care instructions included with the product.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
§ 12 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
